Just learned that we’re supposed to be doing wire transfers of all debt securities through our banks acting as wire transfer agents to our TDA accounts and to send copies of the promissory note with a 1099c to the trustee after monetizing the note and stamping it w postage and physical stamp according to 31 CFR 328.5 & .6 so that it can be discharged on the bank / institutions end! And we recoup the FRN’s that we accidentally paid not knowing we can’t pay debts with debt notes. This message is for everyone to learn if you don’t know it. Screenshot this and look up everything I said. I was having a hard time finding trustees and indentured trustees! You solved the puzzle! Ty! And I paid no process! Just paid attention!💯

Regarding "Statements" in general. I am noticing that most of the Credit Card companies are now filling up the left hand side of the statement with relevant account info and irrelevant information and there is no space to place a stamp on the left hand side. Also, as in Synchony Bank they are separating the Bond and the Coupon with a BS add for the ease of paying on line and such. Why? I assume these corporations are being slammed now that the game they have been playing is coming to surface so they are changing the game board; perhaps illegally. Conker has a video on how to with free photo editing software manipulate the statement and apply the stamp.

Bank unions, cooperatives, homeowner associations they issue bonds these days to finance their operations, so there should be their indenture trustee (perhaps under different title?). they also must report to some kind of regulator. Best to look for thier indenture deed, which should be reported to regulator. Any way to get in contacts with you. Would like to know how to follow them up to get remedy. :)

For mortgage companies I’m not so sure. You’re saying car company but it’s the bank that lends you the money regardless of where you bought the car. Sometimes you can even send your documents to the CFO of the company you purchased from and they may be able to handle it

@@Conker32192 Use the Greenwich address on BNY Mellon SEC 8-K and 10-K forms. It will get there. Mellon has there own zip code. That's what throws the USPS off when they look it up. If you're sending Certified or Registered have Post Office change everything to what the SEC address is. It will get there. I encountered the same confusion.

Credit unions don't have trustees. They don't because they are not issuing bonds, and indenture trustees are required when issuing bonds. Also credit unions are not publicly-traded entities and thus do not need to comply with the regulations of such entities, which is why they don't have indenture trustees. As such, credit unions' lawyers are usually the ones who deal with related paperwork instead.

@@Kes10 Well i don’t have students loans so haven’t done much research there. I would reprint my contract. Stamp and indorse it. I would try sending to every party involved honestly. The company that is the original creditor. The trustee if you can find. Maybe the servicer too. Do you follow caleb (ignorancebegone) on TikTok?

From where the loans started to where they’re now they’ve been transferred to 3 different places. I’ll try to do more research. But no I don’t. Do they have videos that specialize on this topic?

Happen to have the best way to find a city gov indentured trustee? Looking to discharge a water bill - been all through the local gov website and can't seem to spot anything referencing the trustee search string.. great info btw!!

Not sure off the top of my head. You could also try submitted to the CFO. Some people have gotten remedy by doing that. Or you could just pay it with a credit card and discharge the card

@@Conker32192 sorry for the trouble mate but curious if may be able to answer another clarifying question - does the cfr stamp go like this | or like this --- .. in the top left corner of the bond? Red, blue or black ink 🤔

@@dcforce truthfully don’t think color of the ink matters. The stamp should be horizontal lol. Meaning the 4 inches should be the width of the stamp. It’s supposed to be too left of the bond but most securities don’t have room there because of logos and things. Honestly you can put it anywhere on the bond!!

I had found the same thing. I posted the address in my description box. I decided to read the trust indenture some and skim it so my video is longer than yours. Before minute 20 on my video “ we’re off to see the wizard”I read about Harris bank!!!! But like I said I do have D.G. Donovan the indentured trustees name and address in Chicago I’ll in the description box.

I can’t because credit unions are different lol. I’m about to run an experiment to see if we can only send to the indentured trustee. I have an inkling we can send to any trust bank that is in contract with the SEC but I’m gonna verify.
