R6Tracker will prove it. Watched this. Dialed it in. Went into ranked an and went on a 9 game win streak with a 3.7kd for the day and went from a 1.1 to 1.4 overall kd for season today alone. In plat1-em3 lobbies. This helped a ton

How do you find a horizontal sensitivity to start with?

Start with 50 and try to do a 180° turn. If it feels to fast go down. If it's to slow go up (by 5 now when you get close to your "perfect" hip sens go up and down by 1 or 2)
