I've been watching your videos for over 5+ years Dr. O!! I live in Jenks Oklahoma. Your office is 3 hours from me. I've wanted to get in to see you for treatment but location is one factor as well as working & kids. I'm only 34 & every single tooth of mine is decayed, not exaggerating! It's extremely depressing. I had amazing teeth when I was younger. I was even asked if I had porcelain teeth at one point. Now I just can't smile like I should. I've tried to do treatment but the locations I have been to seem to get overwhelmed by my treatment plan since so much needs to be done or they don't do the work correctly. I also don't know who to trust that actually wants to help me & not only theirselves. I've accepted the fact this is going to be an investment & costly but I feel like a smile defines you. It seems you know how to do everything 100% of the time & how everything is done in office instead of sending impressions elsewhere, I love that! I've had 7 root canals that I can think of. I just don't know if it's normal to have so many.. I thought many people don't have root canals during their lifetime & if so, just one or two. Tooth #6 broke pretty bad last night & that is drawing the line for me. I keep putting treatment off since I know a lot of work needs done. I'm terrified of where to go, who to trust, & money doesn't help the issue either. So sorry I'm rambling... I just wanted to vent a little about my situation. I feel totally lost & hopeless. Same. My mother had bad teeth and lost ALL her teeth by the age of 40. I’m 33, having gone through a lot of health issues, has really accelerated my teeth decaying. I’ve lost 3 teeth already and have broken teeth currently. It’s scary not knowing if I’ll lose my teeth in the near future.

I have no upper teeth. Cant wear the plate. It just sucked. One side of my lower was already cleaned up for a plate. The embarrassment can take the life right out of you. What you do is truly amazing to me. However my heart just breaks knowing I can't afford this. As all things in life, it's always the money. Keep up the great work!

I went to Cancun Mexico. Had a full mouth restoration (24 zirconia crowns, a zirconia implant, and a 3 zirconia crown) Bridge. Also gum lasering Amazing state of the art quality and equipment. All for 9500.00. My dentist here was 46k. Been home for 31 days. No issues except heat and cold a bit.

Please help Dr O, Can you tell me how you are able to install implants and completely change a patient’s mouth in one day, when it has taken over 9 months for my dentist to place 3 implants which are still unstable so he encased the 2 implants in temporary dental composite material. The implants have movement. My question is simple, I would like to know the permanent dental cement used when operating on dental patients for the one day makeover. In the Netherlands the dentists do not advertise nor have promos vids photos before and after, do not do these things you do .i found one dentist in Amsterdam but his practise if full forever, waiting list from 3 months too a year .and then if i ask about that implant/veneer system the printer..but he just decided he loves to laser more and does not use the printer for building teeth at all..weird.. The factory doesn't want to give addresses of dentists who use the same equipments you do..why? You tell me...we live in the mid-evil-times still and in the meantime my teeth are falling apart...they just wanted to pull many out..as you said don't do this if not necessary untill is decided if you going to veneer or do implants.. Last yr my health insurance said i could go to a dentist worldwide and then the fakecoronastuff sets in and now healthcare doesn't allowel you to go abroad without permission or people from their lists..well these people of that lost are not interested nor are they qualified to work on my teeth.. And within 2 yrs the decay and pressure that's build up if you break of teeth..was skyrocketing..i feel terrible.. But am willing to come over and make it happen...it cannot wait much longer or i have to pull some out..here they wanted to pull it all out or fill it badly..they don't think and work like you...so Chapeau Grant! You're so right about that. I go to an office with 3 dentist in it. I had a tooth ache the other day and called the emergency number and the one dentist that was on call was a total assh*le about needing something to help hold me over for the pain until monday and acted like I wasn't even worth talking to. I've been going to this offce for over 20 years and I've always paid my bills, always been on time, and never cancel my appointments, go to my check ups ever 6 months, and never complain unless there is something painfully a wrong. I was appalled by his unprofessional snotty condescending attitude. This was a younger dentist that has been there for awhile...but I normally go to my regular older dentist...I do know one thing, if my dentist retires I'm finished with that office.

This is not true of veneers. I have a video of a live veneer treatment. It is about 4 hours long, so skip around to points to see what they look like. Crowns require more tooth structure to be removed.

Dear Dr O, I have reoccurring kidney stones (for the past 30 years). My Docs at the time and for a long time, told me to get off all things calcium and protein etc... Fast forward to today, my whole skeletal system including my teeth have been effected. Every time I have a dental cleaning or such, and they take an x-ray the tech comes back with a genuine look of distress on their face asking me: Are you aware of the decalcification in your teeth? Having explained this situation, do you think implants would be hindered if I were to get them?

The insurance companies think it's just for looking good..almost like getting lypo or some kind of surgery you don't "need" but "want' it has such a mental affect on people and takes away the ability to smile,laugh, Also eat! Like I'd need 13+ implants and no way could I ever afford it. I've Thought about trying to get a credit card but I just can't afford it like many many others.

My phone conversation with you may be charged. I didn't know the person on the other end is a web person...I was thinking a dental person. I proceeded to kinda tell about my problems, aniema, iron, b12 and vitamin D .black spots at gum line, as well as teeth breaking and crumbling. I just wish however answered the online appointment was more compassionate. Wow, just wow. Nothing like you advertise at all...but I guess the world revolves around money now a days... Haven't smiled since 2007. I am disabled with the autoimmune condition and on SSI I'm in California and have Medi-Cal. Because of my autoimmune condition I cannot wear plates like what is on dentures. I would need lock ins. I know that they will fight me on this as far as the Dental insurance. How does a low income person get teeth again when I don't have a way to get it done? It's very traumatic because I had braces I had retainers I had tens of thousand dollars at cosmetic dental work and I had a perfect smile and white teeth. Until I started getting into later stages of an autoimmune condition. Also it could have been partly a prescription medicine taken years ago. I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

I have to either get the tooth out or leave it but need to wait at least a year for extraction. Idk whether the cement was strong enough or what. 😭😭
