Wanted to know whether the big consulting companies recruit people with Bachelors alone? Or they always look for an MBA

They recruit folks with all sorts of different degrees, from undergrad only to MBA to law to PhD medicine, etc.

The majors you study have some influence - for example, all else equal I think majors with a quantitative bent (e.g., eng, economics, physics, finance, etc.) set you up well. That said, plenty of people with english, history, etc get interview opportunities too. It's the full package that matters.
