Dear sir, Why do we feel sometimes the time is going so slow? And what to do if we are with someone who is a bit weird being your only friend And we are truly a whispering and slow speaker with a low voice in front of everyone and not able even to talk of myself to any What may I do sire?

When time feels like it’s moving slowly, it’s often because we’re either bored or not fully engaged in the present moment. Our brains process fewer stimuli, and with little happening to occupy our minds, time seems to drag. Alternatively, anxiety or discomfort can also make time feel slow, especially if we are stuck in a situation we want to escape. As for being with a friend who seems a bit odd, it’s important to remember that everyone has their quirks. What matters is how comfortable you feel with this person. If they support and respect you, their uniqueness might not be a problem. But if their behavior makes you uneasy, it’s okay to set boundaries or expand your social circle. For the whispering and low voice issue, confidence in speaking can grow with practice. Start small by talking more openly with friends or family, even if it feels uncomfortable. Join groups or activities where communication is needed. You could also practice speaking louder at home by reading out loud or recording your voice. Over time, as you become more familiar with hearing yourself, you may feel more comfortable speaking up.
