Agree with everything. Awesome advice. I just want to mention how important the wording is when you are talking percentage. Most business owners will be familiar with a 30% cost of goods so the concept isn't a problem but make sure you talk about 50% after the prize costs. If you tell them 30-35% most will say no or argue the point because they think they get 50% from other vendors. I've had that discussion where they insist the capsule vendor is giving them 50% when I know that its not possible. Just tell them you take 30% off the top to pay for prizes so you can allow people to win and then split the rest 50/50 and they will hear the 50/50 and be fine with it. And of course, if you're lucky enough to pay no or small commission then all the better but most of us aren't that lucky.

When your machine placements are successful and the owner see's say 60 bucks a month for their cut do they end up kicking you out and putting in their own machine to get the full profit? And do you sign contracts showing their percentage and length of time your machine will be there?

So every dollar played i pay that percent... so if i collect and the total is $300 i then pay my percent on that number... so if it is 30 percent i would pay $90 and keep $210

I keep having more questions... I have a very old claw machine that's at the end of it's useful life. (Big Choice early 80s) but I've had fun playing with it,but I'm ready to get a few of the prize on top machines.. How much power do they roughly use? I'm going to try to remember my discord,I may need to make a new one . But if I could get 4 with the prize locker,I think I can find 3 other locations for them.. I like the 30% deal, The guy that left me this one was paying out 50% to our shop.. so.. yeah.

The minis use soooo little on the energy... i believe where i live its like 15cents a day to leave on 24/7... someone in the discord has one of those watts plugs that tell you the energry cost...
