Great questions! 1) race, ethnicity and socioeconomics plays a huge role. You ultimately want to be able to market to someone that can afford your coaching program. 2) yes! I highly recommend doing lifestyle content in addition to educational so that people will develop a relationship with you.

Just a quick overview of what the link they click might look like and what the program as well as coaching might look like please? I’m turning 14 on April 2nd and I’m wondering if 14 years old is to young to do personal training. I talked to my dad about it and he said that I should start out right now focusing on gaining knowledge and help some friends with it for free if they want so I can gain some experience. I have been weight lifting for almost 5 months now consistently.

Yea it's definitely too young, and you only have 5 months of lifting experience.. but it's great that you already know that you'd like to pursue this as a profession! Learn as much as you can, keep working out/ lifting, finish high school and start getting clients when you're at least 18 years old. Good luck!

not at all.. it really depends on your content and knowing how the business works
