My job feels empty and pointless that doesn’t bring joy to anyone. I make good money but I can’t stand the purpose of the career. The benefits are great and the work from home is great. Like it’s a life sucking pointless career in which I can be replaced. But I don’t know what to move to that can pay the same so my family wouldn’t have to sacrifice. I work IT for the federal government.
