How to Firmware update with ASUS EZ Flash 3 Utility Laptop

Thanks for this video. Much appreciated. I wish ASUS would improve their support. All their BIOS update videos assume you can actually boot to Windows to access their EZ Flash utility. My laptop, barely a year old can't even boot. Hangs at the ASUS splash screen.

@@cooper512atx Yeah mine was like that too. These instructions did the trick. Try it... if you can't boot, you have nothing to lose anyway. It doesn't reformat your HDD or anything, just allows updating BIOS, which in my case fixed the boot issue.

Well i have a problem. I do have asus laptop, x512dk (vivobook 15),but my bios isn't seeing my usb stick. Why? Is working but isn't seeing it, what i could do?

Thank you for the video. It's also worth noting that you may have to use a USB 2.0 flash drive. I tried it with a 3.0 and I wasn't showing up in BIOS.
