How to fit a new bathroom light - It's time for something modern!

The old bathroom light was so last year! It had even turned from white to yellow it was so old. So it really was time to replace it with something much nicer looking.
This light fitting was bought from Dunelm, and including the 3x G9 bulbs, it all came to £50.

do you need to be qualified to fit that light away from the shower etc? Im not qualified but very confident of fitting one but not sure about the law/rules.
