@DEGS1961 oh definitely Derek, I will have 1 more service at the dealer to maintain the warranty then I'll take over even though I've already done a service on my bike but I used genuine parts which I always usually do anyway on all my vehicles

At first it seems to be quite a lot to do, but in fact you just have to screw two bolts tightly. Still you need to deal with the axle and bolts there. That makes everything longer. Do you use the walking stick all the time? I hope that you wont need them very soon. Very useful video Derek. Got my like, just like always. :)

Hi Gregor that bracket that goes in place of the ome adjuster is the same thickness chains adjusted to the right length and movement between 40 and 50 mm the walking stick’s I have to use all the time at the moment because my left leg just give away on me I was I said I’ve got the scan at the end of the month. Should I be able to find out what’s causing it but the doctor did say, he seems like a trapped nerve if it’s burning all the way down, so I guess that’s what it is 👍👍🙏

Hi Tommy thank not riding at the moment on walking sticks got a mri scan at the end of the month they think it’s a trapped nerve causing the left leg to keep giving way on me 👍👍

@@TommySlingshot hi Tommy one bike I’d never own again royal Enfield’s bmw showed me how to lower the bike right down can ride that low but no pillion or luggage having intense physiotherapy at the moment and it seems to be working the sharpness of the pain seems to have gone and my knee doesn’t give way on me so down to one walking stick now good news. Off up to North Yorkshire Sunday but the weather doesn’t look good thank you 👍👍👍🙏

Those diagnostic scanners are good to have I was going to get one for Interceptor but glad I didn't now.Might have to look i to one for Trident 🔱 but still under warranty at moment. I put fender extender on my bike & removey floating rear fender they're called rear tyre huggers & popular on newer bikes.Without the rear fender extender on my bike it sure does get dirty under seat but with fender extender it only gets a little dirty just a small bit & got dirty before anyway cause there's a gap in the middle.I haven't been out on bike for 5weeks weather been to wet or to windy & was blowing up to 40-50mph last 3days but dying off so hopefully tomorrow.

We’re having right wet July rain more or less every day going back OBD LINK X you have to download the moto scan app and then you can reset the service date time and year plus loads more so was well worth the outlay for I strongly believe in huggers I don’t care what people think or say there a good investment to keep the bike cleaner I’ll be doing all my own servicing on the bmw 👍👍🙏🙏

Looks good Derek and will keep your back dry. I have a OBD to reset the service light and mileage on my car as I service it myself, also have a OBD for the bike which works off my laptop but for fault code reset ect as the Bandit has no service light!

Hi Nev yes good useful things to have I have to download an app called moto scan and it’s linked to that OBD can set anything with well worth the cost saves paying £217 for bmw to service and reset the next service interval 👍👍🙏

that just finishes your bike off yes its looks good should help stop all the muck flinging all over the place and yes you made that look easy . you can buy all the service kit for your bike for around £50 so your first service you do will pay for that bit of kit you bought. hope your mri scan goes ok at the end of this month

You have to take out the original right side axle tyre alignment holder if yours doesn’t fit you have the wrong one I bought mine from. MOTEA UK there based in Europe not in the Uk

Anything under $400nz is free on imported products but keeping in mind that's only £200uk.Also it's a gamble cause you don't always get charged it's random I have brought $800nz of imports & didn't get charged duty & another time I spent $430 so $30 over & had to pay $115 duty tax.If I buy multiple products from same place I get it in 2 packages less than $399 each if postage is a fair price.Better to pay $20-$40 postage on 2 $399nz packages than 1 $800 package & taking the chance of paying $230 duty tax.
