How to fit an arena Powerskin Carbon racing suit (man)

Failure to observe the following instructions will render your warranty void
Keep in mind
Make sure you've got the right size - Take all body measurements and consult the size charts available on the suit box or on arenasport.com. If it feels too small, don't risk it!
Both the suit and your body must be dry - Moisture can prevent the suit from sliding on easily.
Avoid contact with fingernails, using the flat part of fingers only - Nails and excessive force may rip the fabric. Consider wearing cotton gloves for preventative suit application.
Follow this guide carefully to ensure the best fit and performance from your suit.
1. Stretch and pull on tapes using hands only
2. Turn up the bottom leg gripper
3. Insert your legs one after another into the suit
4. Raise it up below the knee level
5. Pull the suit over the knee - to avoid twisting, check that the inseams are positioned along the inside legs
6. Grab and pull up the suit over the hips placing the hands across the back of the suit - do not do squats to get the suit over the hips
7. Cross the string before pulling them

Normally my size is 70 but I tried and it won't fit :( unless my legs would be straight sticks....
