Yes very helpful, hopefully there is a way to stop the bleeping when we remove the base. We got the CloudZ2+ seat, no instructions at all for that and we checked all over for hidey holes!

@@globalste You would need to remove the batteries from the base with a small screwdrived if you want to stop the beeping

@@BabyLadyUK1991 I think I just found the answer, shorten the leg to its shortest, fold it up underneath the base then expand the leg again inside the base.

Hi there! Curious if the manufacturer actually did stipulate its safe for baby to travel in semi-reclined position for this pls? Also curious about how long the baby can be allowed to be in the fully reclined position and if it is essentially safe to use it as per it is a carrycot attached to a stroller? Thnx for ur video!

Thanks for your comment, yes the manufacturer has approved this to be a safe travelling postion, this is one of the improvements they have made between the original Cloud Z and the Cloud Z 2. The baby can stay in this seat as long as required and some people do use this option as an alternative to a carrycot - but we would still recommend a carrycot so taht bay can stretch out without having to be strapped in.

Yes, the leg does fold underneath the base for storage :)

Are you referring to the side impact protection? you pull this out on the side closest to the car door to offer additional side impact protection

It is compatible, but the Cloud Z can still not be reclined in the car even on the Base Z2

Hi we tried to install and when we put the car seat in it only goes half green but it seems secure? Is this a fault or is it not in right. This is brand new .thanks

We would suggest that you return this to your supplier as this should be all green. They should be able to replace it for you with one that works correctly

Cybex have said that the previous BaseZ is compatible with the SironaZ2 however, the new features will not work on the old base due to how it rotates so essentially it would just be the newer fabrics.

With the old cloud Z base and a sirona z2, will the sirona z2 still be able to rotate 360 to enable forward and rearward facing? Will it be able to recline on the old cloud z base?

There is a way to install the car seat by using the vehicle belt, there is an official instruction video for that on the KZbin

How long is baby allowed to be in car if the Cloud Z2 is in incline mode?

That would depend on the age of the baby. Remember that the seat is still not flat, but it is still the safest form of travel. Ideally try and restrict use when baby is very small especially outside the car when a carrycot is always better.

One side of the isofix is stuck. I am unable to release it =( Anyone have any idea how to unjam it?

We would recommend contacting Cybex to see if they have an emergency release mechanism which you would be able to use.
