Why not talk about the dewclaw and preventative measure so that you don’t rub it raw /rip it as boots often cause issues when putting on boots

My dogs winter boots keep falling off, they’re kind of like the red ones but they’re only Velcro straps. She’s a smaller dog.. those red ones look more secure though. What brand are they?

Dog boots are killing you dog Merocrine Sweat glands which are located in your dogs paw pads and on the nose function similar to human sweat glands. They only produce only a tiny amount of sweat. It can be why you sometimes see wet paw prints on a hot day.

The rubber green ones Are not great. You need a booties that the material is breathable. I make tens of thousands of dog booties..

Breathable means they aren’t waterproof. That’s the point of that type of boot. Dry feet are easier to keep warm.

Actually, my dog needs them as there are stickers in Az which get between his toes/pads causing pain. Cannot be avoided and booties are cheaper than going to the Vet.
