Guys when you turn on the board you have to hold it down at the same time you turned it on. You can't turn it on and then hold down the power button. Hold it down on the initial press of the power button.

Thanks so much man, it worked out somewhat perfectly! A note for people with different models of hoverboard/segways, some models just hold the power button and you will hear a beep, a few seconds after the beep the lights will start flashing like it says in the video.

Exel 11 u stand the hover board in a plane table but the table needs to be the same width of the hover board and then u press the button till in starts blinking and then wait 15 secs after turn it off hope I helped u

Calibrating tutorial 1. Have your hoverboard completely levelled out, 2. Hold the power button for exactly 10 seconds, 3. After that 10 seconds then turn it off then turn it back on. You should not have to calibrate it again any time soon I hope it worked.

shaking isn't that uncommon if your going at top speed on not a smooth surface. if the wheels dont seem to be spinning at the same speed you may want to try popping on new gyros
