How to fix a broken T500 boiler

If you own a T500 boiler from Still Spirits, you need to watch this video.
Your boiler will probably only come with a 1 year warranty. While hopefully it will last many years, it may break at some point, and can you afford to buy a new one? Why not try to fix it yourself. The two main parts that break can be purchased from many online shops and are relatively easy to replace.

You will need 6.3mm Push-On Crimps for the thermostat, something like this: www.amazon.co.uk/Female-Insul...
The Thermal Fuse should be able to be replaced with this: www.amazon.co.uk/sourcing-map...
When replacing the Thermal Fuse you will need new Wire Ferrules to crimp it to the existing wires. The ferrule size you will need depends on the thickness of the cable in your boiler. If you do not already have ferrules, I would recommend buying a selection of sizes such as this: www.amazon.co.uk/smatime-0-5-...

@@brewingadvice for myself, I had to replace both fuses but armed with your information it was a breeze to repair. I saved myself at least $300 on a replacement. It works like a charm now and I like your other customization suggestions.
