You're going to go down in history as one of the greatest in my book.

FIRE content as always! After sounds sooooo nice. So nice and thick, but has that sparkle that is absolutely essential for modern mixes. Saturation is always the difference for me between a mix that's "fine, and a mix that's super exciting and enjoyable.

Yo can you an updated video on leveling a whole mix and how to hone in on how the final mix should be level wise rms,peaks and lufs if you get what I mean

Was just gonna go and check if the Horizon pack that i bought 2-3 months ago from waves, has these 2 plug ins :))

Where does the abbey road plug-in sit in the vocal chain?
@brettjr95212 жыл бұрын
Tbh I liked the "cold" sounding vocals more. The top end is much clearer. Obviously preference of the listener

I think that you have great singing talent. In fact, the unedited version sounds edited lol what I’m saying is that it’s so clean that sometime it’s hard to tell what the difference is in the final version but you have to have an ear and really listen to the subtle difference
@Diversetracks2 жыл бұрын
I believe the first version already had some compression, eq, reverb and de-essing

Would you recommend using fab filter saturn to achieve this? Or is it better with a dedicated tape emulator... cuz ik saturn has a “warm tape” setting option
@GMS3702 жыл бұрын
im pretty sure it will do the same thing
@JustIn-case2 жыл бұрын
@@GMS370 it does but i find it leaves too much color that can't be dialed back easily.

Does the waves j37 plugin accomplish the same thing as the Abbey Road vinyl? Would you choose one over the other and why?
@norfsyq96602 жыл бұрын
Yes J37 is nice I’ve used on my last few masters haven’t used Abbey Road vinyl but to my understanding Abbey Road Vinyl can be a bit more old school, warm, and maybe even dirty seeing how you can’t change the IPS on it vs J37 is more versatile and can be dirty and warm or clean and bright. But ultimately choosing which one depends on the record you’re using it on. I usually try 2-3 different tapes on my master before I decide on one.
@PrinceJeKe2 жыл бұрын
Hey quick question, would you master my track and if yes, how do I get it to you? Thanks

Paul Feiger 0 seconds ago Glad I discovered you! I'm even newer than a newbie but want to learn audio engineering to work on my own videos. Do you offer a Master Class for beginning beginners> Terminology, how to determine what to change and whatnot, you know all the basic, very fundamental, things one needs to know. If you don't offer this kind of education, could you point me in that direction> Thanks in advance for all your doing.
