Doing up old boats is something we are familiar with, and usually it brings great success, and although this story ends ok in the finish, there where plenty of highs and lows... This video shows how we firstly nearly sank, then fixed an old Haines Hunter Trihunter.

Great project mate reminds me of when my old man and myself did a resto on our 8m Hobson I was always giving dad a hard time for doing multiple glass layers I think we threw 120litres it more of resin in the hull with all the matting. After seeing this starting to think the old man was onto something 😖

I do hope you know plywood sucks up shit loads of resin. i would have pre soaked them in a resin bath layed out and dried. then added reg glass over that to finish it.. but thats just me :)
