How To FIX A Ford Mach-E OTA Failure!

How the solve the commonly reported over the air software update fail or reschedule on my Mustang Mach E. Have you have this issue??

Finally it works for me i think my battery was extremely Low , i leave the car on for 8 HRS

I have my LVB more than 80%. It still keeps failing. I made sure all the preconditions are met. Any suggestions?

Be sure nothing is plugged into OBD or USB ports causing a drain. Also install immediately like I did.

The charge on Fords website is the HVB total %. The extended battery is 98KW and thats what the % is for not the 91%.

No it’s the 12V battery SOC for some reason.

It is not the 12 volt. If you can prove that then do it!

@chada472 It’s much discussed on MachE Forum. Check for yourself. It never matches the HV state of charge.

It doesn't match the state of charge the car shows because it's looking at total battery. Total battery for a X is 98kw. Mine always match the % of 98kw online. In the car % matches 91kw. I can run the car charge down to 10% and online will show 7%. 12 volt battery would be dead at 7%.

If the battery is very low may need longer than that to charge.

@@CarGuy11 thx i try it its Not easy to do this in Public area 🙈 did you know how to Turn of the daytime Lights ? If i let the car on and leave it, the daytime Lights Always run even i Turn of the Lights.
