your videos are perfectly timed for the issues I'm encountering, thanks again!

For me it was fairly simple. Two eccentric nuts needed slight adjustments and were back in business. Shortly after this video the hotend clogged and it had to tear it all apart so it was an eventful day to day the least. Lol

Actually ... Klipper's most hit problem is "timer too close". Basically it means the actual cpu of the printer was not able to execute or respond to the Klippy software running on the SoC (the display in most of these printers) in time. And that is more likely to happen as the gcode is asking for many tiny movements (hence in a very short time). So, the gcode can in fact affect whether the printer will stall.

Good to know. 🙏 Thank you

I've noticed my N4+ has sometimes very loose wheels on the Z axis bar depending on the height. But not all the wheels have a tightening nut. But my prints are perfect....

Tightening nuts are on inside wheels only so you push force inside out, this way you can tighten all wheel on Z, it needs a little play but it will be good, if not than frame is not leveled maybe.

would it be possible for you to do a settings video for your anycubic kobra 2 max and neptune?

Yes, I’ve been meaning to publish something but I’m always changing them to see if I can get them dialed in better.

i actually have a elegoo neptune 4 max on the way, I just saw your vids & ordered the set of bushings you suggested. this is my 1st 3d printer so i am a little overwhelmed with all your problems. i noticed you said in one of the other vids that nylon nuts would help to keep the adjustments in place? which size should i order? also are there any other pieces of advice for quick upgrades while i am initially putting it together? i appreciate your time & love your vids, keep it up brother!

It’s a great printer but like most 3D printers it can have its troubles. The silicone bushings is a great start. Try blue Loctite on the knobs under the bed first. I’ve heard that helps and might be easier than the locking nuts I used.

Also, I have the worst luck with 3D printers. Seriously bad luck. That’s why I started a KZbin channel. I’ve had to fix all sorts of issues over the past year and a half. My first printers were Sunlu S8 pros and those things were cheap and I replaced damn near everything on them. The Elegoo is a cakewalk compared to what I went through with those printers.

are you finding a big difference with the linear rails?
@OuterRimArmorer10 ай бұрын
Yes I love them. Just ordered another set for my other Elegoo Neptune 4 Max. These POM wheels just wear out to fast for me. I also print 24/7.
