Regardless, good job on finally pulling back. The fact that she took two days to respond to you tells me that her interest is currently not very high. Especially considering you responded to her immediately, you're giving off the impression that you're still very interested in her and eager to hear from her. I would mirror the amount of time she is taking to respond to you. Therefore, if she takes two days to text you back, I wouldn't respond for at least two days. It's always better to take a little longer to respond than her, which allows you to maintain frame and not overpursue. Occasionally you can respond a little quicker than she is so she doesn't get the impression that you're purposely taking longer than her, but for the most part stick to mirroring her time and take a little longer than she is to respond. After a few texts back and forth, get to the point and try to schedule a date. You're not there to be her pen pal. You must maintain the frame of being her romantic partner and not just a friend. If she isn't interested in that, kick her to the curb.

The reason you are hoping to win her back is the exact reason why she pushed you away or never felt attracted to you. When you put women on pedestal, you immediately show you are off lower value(unfortunately we are not taught these things in school so don't be hard on yourself). Now coming to practical steps you can take, if you wish to act on wining her you have to DHV (demonstrate higher value), you can do this by several ways example - getting a better education degree, gym body, or starting a business... Anything that makes you valuable in the society. Along with this you need No contact, and when you do, don't bent over to extoll her with effusive praises. They test to see if you're going to be a man or a bitch. I've only had a couple women break it off with me and I fell apart. This was over 15 years ago. I don't date anymore because it's a waste of time and effort imo and I appreciate peace and quiet, doing what I want, not being nagged over sex, but I digress. First question, why did you cancel the date and cut contact? In what kind of way did she pull away? Second question, what was the point of you reestablishing contact with her if you weren't trying to make plans? Are you expecting her to initiate the plans? If so, you're not going to get anywhere. You have to take the lead as the man and schedule a date. If she is being responsive, you should make definite plans. If she isn't willing to make plans or gives you a wishy washy answer, give her space and let her reach out to you.

I'll keep it short: One of my old coworkers at my old job was really into me but I was oblivious to her coming onto me but we were friends, I left that job and city and moved across the state but we continued to text, I figured out she liked me and things were great but when lockdown happened I started overpursuing, being needy, being too available, acting low value and such. She's now lost pretty much all attraction for me (she hasn't blocked me yet so that's good) and sends many word word responses after I initiate contact (I now am the one to always initiate conversation but before she would initiate EVERY TIME) I've been giving space for her to hopefully become reattracted to me but I'm also focusing on myself and am really happy at the moment in life! So my question is, should I wait for her to reach out to me? And if she doesn't just move on? Would appreciate the feedback. Thanks!

Yes you should absolutely wait until she reaches out to you first from now on. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. You acting needy and overpursuing her has gotten you into this situation where she has lost interest and is no longer texting you. Continuing to do that will make her lose even more interest to the point where it is unsalvageable. If you leave her alone and she still has interest, the space will make her wonder about you and reach out. If she doesn't, it is her loss and move on. Continue to focus on you and start dating other women! It's time to pull her off of the pedestal you put her on where she does not deserve to be.

@@kentmarcus1255 For sure. Thanks man! I've been talking to other women and regaining my abundance mindset and I'm feeling like I used to when I attracted the girl the first time. I forgot how I was. I was focusing on myself, busy but happy and really into my purpose (which is this YT channel I own) and whenever I talk about my passion and purpose she's really excited for me even after she's lost attraction for me so I'm pretty sure she'll come back, most of her guy friends are pretty chill (they don't have much ambition) so that helps me stand out from them too naturally. I'll post updates if she texts me at some point. Remember, always focus on you and the women will too.

@@gilakmen2041 it depends. How long were you in no contact before she reached out? Typically, if she reached out to you at night I'd wait until the next day. If she messaged you sometime during the day I would give it a few hours. You don't want to come off as too eager and respond right away. Regardless, if she's reaching out use it as an opportunity to schedule a date.
