For anyone doing this without a vice: the bearing at 2:37 i removed by putting the cutting part of an old pair (don't use your favourites) of pliers under it and levering it off that brass piece, came off easily. I tapped the new bearing in with a dead blow hammer, then put the head back into the plastic body with the stator in it and tapped it from the nose of it to seat it fully.

Is the trigger handle sensitive/able to be pulled off? I wasn’t thinking and picked it up from the trigger and now i’m hoping I didn’t mess anything up by causing it to loosen up or something.

Good day to sir. I just got a Milwaukee 6130-33 grinder . When switched on, there seems to be heavy arcing where the brush meets the rotating armature. What can I do or is this a normal occurrence.

so what do you reckon would be the problem with one that has no torque ? it runs just fine but the minute you put it under stress and it quits
