I was about to throw my Samsung C460FCO Color Laser Printer not the DUMP when I stumbled across this video... I did all the steps except the pushing the heavy paper through (I figured, Hey it's already jammed, why complicate it more... Even did the vigerous shaking to no avail... So, I used a glossy cover from an advertising booklet, ran it through, AND, KaZame the printer is working fine... No repair shop in our area would even attempt it... I saved the Website Link in case it happens again... MANY THANKS CAMILO!!! MADE MY DAY...

I had a different sort of jam which was only accessible from the front of the machine but watching your video helped me calm down and patiently resolve that I "could" do this. And now I know what to do if the jam is at the rear. Thank you.

For all those that saw this video way too late and are battling an "EXIT jam", please open the scanning unit (the top of the printer/scanner). It opens after the second part on the sides from top down - and it was very hard to open on my printer. There you will have access to the paper that is still jamming your printer. In my case, there was even a poster board paper from Samsung that should be removed before using the printer for the first time. But guess what? No information about this piece of paper could be found in the Quick Installation Instructions (here in Germany).

Por nada! I know what that is like! The user manuals are not so easy to find and some instructions are Chinese for some of us. I spent a lot of time as well and I almost sent it to the technician.
