I had the issue and after tweeking settings, it was the saturation for me, just reduced the saturation of colors and the issue resolved.

Probably irrelevant, but my 1 year old Samsung Smart tv suddenly was in red monochrome - looked like the devil took it over. You know what they say - if nothing else works - unplug for 60 seconds and try again. One of those rare 'try these simple steps first' things that actually worked so it's worth a try sometimes.

I have the same problem on the lg 49UH664V, the picture is already blue-purple, those lg televisions are of poor quality, the picture does not hold up. For repair: how many pieces of led 49UH664V are there? it is better to have it ready before opening. can I buy the same smd diodes as yours?

I have an LG 49uh603v, and the screen is not blue all the time, but flickers, sometimes it's a normal picture, sometimes it's blue. Does my TV also have a backlight problem?

This has happened to my parent's LG TV. Only 5 or 6 years old and the LED backlight was only set to 60%. Looks like LG are using very low quality LED's. Never seen this problem on any other LEDs in any other product.

Just a comment of how i found out what i did wrong and how i solved the problem of a pink Screen: (without opening theTV) The TV Samsung GU65TU7079U Was the one that had a pink screen. I watched the this yt video and i realized something. The lights could also change color, when the TV does not get enough energy. I plugged 2 power strips together and than the charger of the TV. Which means i’ve cut the „energy“ in half and the TV didn’t get the energy he needs. Because the screen was 65“ it needs some, and that was not enough. When i’ve shut down the TV and plugged it in in an other socket the TV was fine again. I hope that was helpful for someone. Good success.

I have followed these steps exactly and now none of the led lights are working. I’ve got them all soldered on and going in the correct direction. Bad batch of lights? Any thoughts?

Reason why tv has bad led is becose is a crap tv.Settings should never affect in such a way lifespan of product, but if lg puts crappy led and so on this shit happen !
