Hey Joey! Thanks for the video! Instead of TriFlow (which I use a lot otherwise), could we use lithium grease or PL-100 to lubricate the shifters? What about derailleurs? Thank you in advance and be well!

Sometimes grease may be a little too thick, especially on some older shifters with tired pawl springs. I like using something like a wet chain lube or something you would lube a freewheel or free hub with pawls and light springs. Thanks for the question Denis!

What about ultrasonic cleaning?

That would work well. The only thing is that it requires removing the cables and shifters from the bike. If that's not an issue, an ultrasonic cleaner would do a great job!
