Hey dude! Thanks for the video, I just got my 20” Tesla tire plugged, but they said nothing regarding the foam and that it must be cut out. Do you have any issues with imbalance after the repair?

Keep up the good work, man! Don't have a Tesla (yet!), but I love your videos and how straight to the point they are, as opposed to the multitude of clickbait Tesla videos out there.

Why would you put oil on a surface you are going to glue? Feels a bit wrong to me.

Hey Brother. This is a great video. Since your tires are over 20k miles, you probably need 4 new tires very soon though. Btw Tesla switch from Michelin to Hankook ION EVO to lower road noise and increase range on their new model 3. Can you make a video to test those new hankook ION EVO tires on your Model Y as well?

hello, these wheels have sponge on the inner surface! Is the repair you made strong enough due to the sponge on the inside?

When you pulled the tool out of the tire, how did the plug not come out, since it was looped through the hole in the tool?
@thomasrichardson83272 ай бұрын
Put your index finger and thumb tips together. This is what the end of the tool looks like

The tool has a small slit in the end that allows the plug to come out.

Will the oil mess up the sensor on the inside the tire ?

Nothing has come up since.
