How To Fix ALL RABBIT STRIPS!!

It seems like ALL rabbit strips come out of the package bent, with hair going everywhere......lets fix this!

What I need to know is how to keep my zonker tail from floating up and destroying my profile I can't figure out how to get it to run inkine with the hook underwater and I can't find any videos on it

It does take a zonker a little bit of time to get completely saturated with water, but if they are tied in straight down the hook, they should run true.
