You cut out the whole part about where to access preferences... "This one's easy..... then find your preferences" (you lose everyone because you cut out where you clicked)

In case you haven't found it already or for anyone else that might have reached the same issue with the video: The preferences menu is found under the "Edit" tab in the top left section of Premiere Pro.
