hi there! I know I'm a bit late but need help with my siri remote. the apple tv that I got was fully wiped and the siri remote I have with it is not pairing with the apple tv. I asked the previous owner if it worked prior and he said yes. I charged it for half n hour n tried using the touch pad or menu and + method but it doesn't work either. do you have a solution of my problem? cheers!

Oh no you can purchase another one but I had this issue when I first got Apple TV and now I have different remote but I found my top pad not working at all ..try and make sure nothing is sticky around that ...and you gotta charge for a little while
