video stories in my archive from before april 2022 won’t play anymore, they just stay in the frozen first still.. I reported over and over to instagram but I guess I’m never going to see my stories ever again

I can see my archive stories but sometimes some videos aren't archived at all, I can't find them back, while others are saved normally, some are missing in the list, is there an explanation or solution?

The to "archive story" button is only on friends only stories, not on normal stories, so I have to wait for them to archive after 24hours or delete them permanently. The rest works. I can't be the only one with this issue!

Same here, any story archived video from 2017 are just frozen, which is really sad because some of them contain fotage with my late grand parents voice :(
