THIS ACTUALLY WORKED!!! Just like everyone else, I tried and tried, and watched video after video, reset them over and over, and nothing worked. BUT THIS DID! I used a tooth pick, pushed the white thing to the right, it moved, I plugged them up to the cable, and the orange light is back!!! THANK YOU!!!

Hell yes! Peeled back the bottom side of the felt cover and grabbed a pair of tweezers and gave the connector a squeeze and behold it's charging again! Thanks again bro!

Had my A50's for at least 5 years, they have slowly been harder to charge with no yellow indicator showing only white but apparently still taking charge although very slowly. Just today they stopped working even with the cable connected. Considering their age I genuinely thought they were done for but did a quick search and luckily stumbled upon your video. Opened them up and pushed that white thing down and to the right, at first it didn't appear to work but I then thought whatever and pushed on it with a lot more force and who would have thought, they are now charging at a steady pace with the lovely yellow indicator on the headset itself that I haven't had for the past couple of months. Hopefully now they will last me another 5 years :D Thanks a bunch for the video, appreciated.

Holy Shieet! I pushed the white connector in with a pen and it worked! Thanks bro! *You only have to peel off the bottom corner of the felt that's glued on and just push it down gently with a pen or something similar, doesn't have to be sharp.

Holy Shit. Bro I came home from work today, headset (I THOUGHT) was charging. But when I turned it on it was at red still. Trying to charge it did nothing, the headset came on like it was charging and the base station recognized it - but wouldn't charge. Just tapping that white box with a pen solved the issue immediately. I am grateful. Holy shit, was about to contact Logitech support and get nowhere. 🙏

omg, ive been having this problem for months and ive had the headset for less than a year, my headset would sometimes charge, sometimes wouldnt, so most the time id just leave it on the dock even though the orange charging indicator wasnt showing and the battery would go up, however itd always die after like 5 mins so obviously this wasnt charging it. Ive looked for every fix out there and i finally come across this video, all it took was a 5 second messing around and boom, orange charge light. Thank you so much!

What the actual fuck man. I didn't even have that white box. There's just a flat connector there. I just opened the headset, (there was some weak glue by the way) just 'booped' with a pencil where the white box would be. And boom it still fuckin worked. Perhaps it's just the movement of opening it? 'Cause honestly I didn't even really touch it. This is some ridiculous wizardry. Thank you for even taking the time and uploading this video. You honestly could be a bit quicker in getting to the point. But just you having the motivation to help others out, beats that little remark tenfold.

Would somebody be able to point me in the direction of the most recent manual firmware update? I can’t find it anywhere on the internet. My command center doesn’t automatically update at all. I reset, it says 80, it dies. I reset, it says 0%. I reset again and it says 30%. It’s bugging all over the place and I’m very sure it’s the firmware.
