I thought it was the blades but with them in the upright it's still the same, loads of WD and it's not really improved, I guess it's a fiddly few hours trying to get the assembly out and greased up.... Thanks for the tutorial, will make the job so much easier.

george. good video i only have 1 question can you put the arms back on the whipermotor or does it still have a 0 position Greetings from Holland

If I remember correctly R.T. there's no zero position for the arms to slot back on to the spindles, they just push on in any position. When you have re-installed the mechanism just verify they work OK, then when the mechanism rests in it's park position you can then line up your wiper arms. Hope it helps 👍🏻

@@SortedGeorgeGarage thank you for the feedback. at the moment I am still waiting for the new motor, mechanism and the wiper arms have already been delivered by mail. in our case the whole system has failed, after locking the wiper arms where broken the splines where messed up, mechanical failure and the whiper motor mount was broken. The total cost for the new items where around €255,- euro in pounds around 219 not bad but still a lot of money.

Not a clue sorry.... maybe Audi could supply?
