i have had a z10 and now have a z11 and there have been audio sync issues on both .. i have found a fix .. if you have a home theater system that does decoding .. The formuler boxes handle decoding on their end by default ..( in settings) my theory is that if the formuler is decoding then your home theater is decoding as well thats what causes the sync issue .. i turned off the surround options on theformuler and let my home theatre handle the job and now i do not have ANY sync issues at all .

hello, yes but then the dolby DD is no longer available? Is your Z11 connected to the home cinema (like me) or to the tv? Thanks! very annoying problem

@@Xennnos its connected to my home cinema ... and it is still a problem and im sure its becasue of the formuler ... my tv service has a software they use and all is fine on that with a firestick ... very dissapointed in formuler ..

@@Xrayg219 Grrrrr.... I plug my Z11 to my tv -> no problem .. but, no Atmos ! I plug my Z11 on my soundbar ( Samsung 930b) Delay .. and not anytime ! -_- Grrr. Thanks for rep 😌

I have z10 pro, any idea why audio will work on TV but when I connect to a monitor the audio will not work?

@@JSRMahadev no I do not know why it does that. I use a monitor all the time to do my videos and sometimes the audio comes in. Maybe it's the source and sometimes it doesn't

@@JSRMahadev there are no speakers on my monitor, so they're coming through my computer. Nevertheless, if you have a Bluetooth speaker connected to your monitor, that might make a difference

My Z8, which I’ve had for several years, issue free has suddenly stopped transmitting sound to the tv. This includes all apps like KZbin, etc. after trying every suggestion I could find, including replacing the HDMI cable, I’m stumped. I recorded part of a show on the usb drive and it played with sound on my laptop no problem, so I know it’s not the provider. It also arbitrarily wiped the usb drive, a few days ago, which was odd. Maybe a signal of its impending demise? The last step is a factory reset which will wipe all my preferences, but I guess I have to try that too. Unless anybody has any other ideas?

Is there anyway I can re optimise my audio as my live tv isn’t in sync. Could be because I moved from one tv to another.

If you're using the FORmuler devices then there is an app called audio optimizer in the marketplace on the device
