Bro you literally saved me. I just updated some random updates for Win 11. After reboot it got stuck with black screen. I am terrified. After 2-3 hours you are the one who rescued me. The method you used regedit worked for me. Even though it is written explorer.exe I just removed everything and hit save and again I wrote explorer. exe then restart the pc. It helped me.
