Thank you for this video! I invested in a clean makeup compact powder and it’s not the most expensive brand but it’s not cheap either. I just took it out of packaging and my toddler decided to break it apart with her sweet finger while I made her breakfast. As a single mom budgeting is key so I couldn’t just buy another. This saves me money! Thank you again.

@@yanairbe You can use a dropper to apply the alcohol and then use plastic wrap to pat it down so your fingers never get the product on them.

This worked! Didn't have spritzer so gingerly added alcohol by bottle cap. Used my fingers to smooth; cleaned around compact with water, paper towel and toothpick.

A lot of liquid makeup and products have alcohol in them to prevent the growth of bacteria. Don’t apply straight alcohol to the skin b/c while it kills stuff, it’s extremely drying to skin. 😊

Awesome tip but take a ziplock bag after adding alcohol to makeup put it in ziplock (makeup open) softly tap on makeup with end of blush brush or spoon, or whatever you may have. Works better than finger. Doesn’t stick to bag.

The spray bottle did not work for me, the spray was too powerful and it sprayed the loose powder all over. I’d recommend compacting the loose powder slightly before spraying with alcohol

The spray nozzle had too much air in the straw. . To prevent that from happening don't fully release the button. That way you don't pull as much air into the straw. Additionally, pump a few times before spraying directly on the surface you're coming in contact with. That will draw thw air out of the nozzle and straw. By the third spray you will have more liquid and less air.

All you have to do guys is spray it with the alcohol and then put either wax paper or a piece of paper over it and then take a quarter and move the quarter around on top of the paper with your finger and it was very easily flat in a perfectly! It will literally look like it just came out of the store

That's a great question! Rubbing alcohol is technically called "isopropyl alcohol" and it is something you would use to disinfect a cut for example. Your local drugstore should have it. 💕

No be careful- some of the chemicals in paint remover don’t completely evaporate the way rubbing alcohol does. Some could even be harmful to the skin

I wish I could add a photo on here to show you...but could anyone tell me why it is that as my powder started to dry it cracked? I don't mean just 1 crack....it looks shattered!! I am disappointed. Niketa Pollydore then go to the dollar store and get some. It only works with rubbing alcohol. Don’t use water or anything else it will turn to smush.
