I have to say this paste method by far might be the best. I’ve tried alcohol sparingly and has caused more harm then good. So I went back and diluted the powder and used a spatula to even everything out and so far so good! Thanks for the tip!

I have not tried it yet, but all the broken and old powder makeup can be turned into painting pigment. I imagine you mix it into a translucent acrylic gel. Paint is expensive!!!! So is old and busted up makeup.

M D you bet! You could mix it into a lot of medium if you wanted. Clear nail polish, clean gel for gel nails, clear lip gloss etc.
