To anyone still trying to solve this, this is what i did: -added the card from settings, apple id, payment and shipping -changed the region to where im from -deleted and reinstalled wallet app -Went to the wallet app and there the card was in the “previous cards” section From there just follow the authentication steps and the card will be added, in my case any way. Hope this helps

Dear still lack of security is missing for example changing devices they need make harder verify to make sure real card holders are adding card no device imei recorded pls there is still security problem here

Hi David! If your Visa card isn’t being accepted, try checking if it’s compatible with Apple Pay or ensure there are no restrictions with your bank. You could also try removing and re-adding the card.
