haha just cause hes on steroids and meth doesnt mean hes a badass hahaha fyi probably should replace your clutch pads if theres that much loose material in there. also there should be an air filter in the black air intake but maybe the older models dont have that. i picked up one of these kits last month and it has a foam air filter
@seedlessgrapes26056 жыл бұрын
not true it's just a shity clutch design and a cheap engine but I've already put five or six hundred miles on it since this video and the clutch is working great and I ride really hard using the clutch a lot cuz I live around Hills and I weigh over 200 lbs
@seedlessgrapes26056 жыл бұрын
the best kit I have ever had was a Skyhawk 66cc kit I had it for 5000 miles of extremely hard riding which I would say is probably 20,000 miles of a normal person riding I didn't even have to adjust the clutch one time and the motor ran perfect and I sold it running perfect. and the whole time I had it I ran no air filter that is all the truth and what else can I say. if you can order a 66cc Skyhawk engine I suggest you do it and find out for yourself this kid was in 2015 I don't know if they've gotten worse or better but man it was such an awesome setup they don't sell them here in California we have stupid laws
@seedlessgrapes26056 жыл бұрын
but you are correct cuz that's the most clutch material I've ever seen inside of one of those cases so I'll have to let you know if this clutch where is out but it's been good so far

once the bike is broken in I will run it without an air filter and no housing or I'll just remove the air filter foam from the inside and run it with the plastic outside and remove the exhaust cap it gives you more torque off the line the bike gets better gas mileage and it's loud or so people can hear you and it makes it more safe

I raised the idle so i can rev it while clutch is in but no continuous idle. I don't want to have to constantly pop start especially if only stopped for a few moments. Eventually that will wear out my clutch. Clutch pads are in great shape and clean. I take proper care of bike. Only use a dab of molly grease every couple months on the small gears. I do the proper maintenance. Just put in new carburetor but i can't figure put what the problem is it's very strange to me because I've built many bikes and not ever had this issue

Basically don't grease that gear it's totally unnecessary and it usually gets the clutches slippery even if you use dry lube it still makes your clutch slip then you have to clean the clutch with brake cleaner and right after you clean the clutch it'll be worse than it was and you'll have to ride it for 20 seconds then turn it off for about 5 minutes and thel clutch will be good again

My bike seems to be running great honestly it revs up better than ever and run smoother it has lost a little bit of torque but the top-end is the same if not better I've noticed that with all the engines when you fully break am and you lose torque but gain top end and get smoother revs as they get older

I'd have to beleive the head bolts weren't tight enough or came loose as I heard a louder sound for the ten miles before this and it looks like the head gasket has melted a bit and flaked off into the cyclinder. I'm glad to hear that this isn't normal because I want to be able to travel at this speed all stock. Please help me out I have a cheap China kit I’ve had it for since April and just last week the clutch started to make a loud squealing sound when the motors hot but after it cools down it’s fine and runs like new I’ve tightened the clutch via the line that runs from the clutch lever getting ready to change my exhaust to see if it keeps my motor from getting hot so quick I have a stock exhaust on it right now that is modified to be a straight pipe just like the sound don’t care about speed go look at my Instagram if you want to see my bike build @kev341

Just simply remove the exhaust cap at the bottom with a 10 millimeter nut and that will give you much more torque and Power for free also you adjust the clutch by going inside the motor like my video shows you adjusting on the outside won't do anything except give you a better fuel on your clutch lever

Claims a thousand miles and complains about the cheap pads 😂 ok pal least they lasted awhile??
@seedlessgrapes26055 жыл бұрын
Still has the clutch pads and I'm at 7,000 really hard ridden miles I don't just use the clutch to start and stop I use it to feather it like a dirt bike

Are you sure I was talking too much and you're sure the video would be shorter maybe you don't understand how KZbin works you get paid the longer your video is and that's why all these losers make long videos also cuz they're slow in the head and not a good mechanic or videographer so please listen and learn from me my friend because I appreciate you viewing the video and I appreciate your comment even though it was quite negative my video was quick look at other videos how long it takes them to explain it and mine is pretty clear that's why it has 23000 views I only did this to help people out cuz I know the clutch is a pain in the ass and not everyone is a professional mechanic. I hope you subscribe if you have not already and please leave comments I appreciate any comment

@rustymillington96465 жыл бұрын
You cannot put grease in the clutch. I don't know who is teaching y'all that. I get my bike worked on by a pro mechanic/ bike builder. I wanna see y'all tell a pro mechanic that and watch what kinda response you get🤣🤣🤣🤣smmfdh
