Better not use WD-40 but contactspray instead. WD-40 dissolves plastics and rubber parts.

when i cold start my scooter it revs itself to 3000 rpm and after a few seconds it goes back undes 2000 rpm. thats normal ?

i have a v100 scooter 2stroke. i have cold starting.. hard to start. wont idle.. but it running fine when its already warm up.. what can cause that problem? is that because of auto choke not working properly?

Most likely faulty auto choke. Clean it and lube it. Should get her going

Hey bro when I press the start button mine isn’t making a sound. Could this be a similar issue? I just got a new spark plug so I’m hoping that this is the issue

Could be any number of things. I had that once with this moped and it was because the start button had clogged up with corrosion. I pulled it apart and cleaned it and it worked. Not saying that's the issue with yours, but I would start there before pulling the engine apart... Always start with the basics.
