How To Fix DirectX Setup Error An Internal System Error Occurred in Windows 11/10 [Solution]
DirectX is an API library necessary for Windows computers to display video, audio, and video games. Sometimes, you may encounter Windows 11 DirectX errors. This tutorial i will provides some feasible and useful solutions for you.
DirectX is arguably one of Windows 11’s most important software libraries. It is a series of application programming interfaces, or APIs, for tasks that deal with different types of media on Windows computers. And a component required for some games played on desktops and laptops. Hence, the game lovers usually tend to download and install the DirectX manually if the game requires so. However, some users have been experiencing this error that states “An internal system error occurred ||please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log“. This error prevents you to complete the setup and it fails midway.
Install DirectX Within an Admin Account:
1. Press the Windows key + R keyboard shortcut to open Run.
2. Input netplwiz in the Open text box and click OK to open the window.
3. Select your standard user profile and click Properties to open the window shown below.
4. Select the Group Membership tab, which includes the options in the shot directly below.
5. Choose the Administrator option on the Group Membership tab.
6. Press the Apply and OK buttons to confirm the newly selected setting.
Edit the Registry:
1. Open the Registry Editor by entering regedit in Run’s Open text box.
2. Then browse to this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DirectX.
3. Then double-click InstalledVersion on the right of the window to open the Edit Binary Value window.
4. Erase the value data within the Edit Binary Value window and replace it with this value: 0808 00 00 00 09 00 00 00.
5. Press the OK button to close the Edit Binary Value window.
6. Double-click Version to open the Edit String window.
7. Delete the current value in the Value data text box.
8. Enter 4.09.00.0904 in the Value data text box, and click the OK button.

@skyrange2925 so before you proceed in registry editor i suggest or recommend to create a back up files so if anything go wrong or error you can restore it back. As show it tutorial how to create backup files and save on your pc.
