Ok so for people who just cant make their camera to go down or up and seems like its stuck and has debree in it. I think i found a solution where there is no need to open the drone. I cant open it as well cause the screws are way to tight. So the solution i did was i tilt the drone where the camera is directed towards the ground and then i massage the camera up and down until i feel that there are no more stuck debrees inside the gimdal. I believe doing this somehow made my foreign object somehwhat fall on the ground as i was massaging it. In any case i hope it fix your annoying problem.

Note that there are probably still small debrees inside which makes it kinda viable to open it up and clean it but yah. I just hope mine only has that single sand in it.

I was wondering if you have have to change the gimbal housing stabilizer, I've crashed my drone and the stabilizer broke one of its legs, and lost some rubber in the process. I've bought the replacement of these parts, but then there's a roller which I'm afraid to disassemble since I might break it. If you have any video on that please let me know. Thank you

When you Turn on the drone, the gimbal will turn so look which part of gimbal that work not correctly. Clear that part more then other part.

I got right up until removing the cover from the drone camera and it’s just a steel plate so can’t lubricate the camera head! Process still fixed the issue by just lubricating surrounding parts

Error 40002 is hardware error. You have to find the problem and the error will gone automatically

Good afternoon. After the fall, I had to replace the 3in1 cable after it broke, but error 40002 did not disappear. After starting, the gimbal works on all axes and then the cable (3in1 which was replaced) gets stuck and starts to heat up in the place of attachment on the gimbal board (on top).

luckily it was grass terrain, so the gimbal was just moved out of it's socket, if it was concrete it would be bye bye... my second crash and first drop from the sky -survived, uf

I tried this and the step by step was easy to follow. Thank you for that. Unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue. My story, as many I’m sure, hit a tree and it fell and crashed. Replaced a propeller and tested it out and it worked great. Tried it again and then the stuck gimbal error occurred. Should I just send it to DJI? Or try something else? Appreciate any suggestions given.

Sure sometime it not working, but before you change gimbal, you should change both gimbal cable first because it cheaper and broken cable also can have stuck gimbal too. Good luck

It really work if your motor still working good. But if we just take it to the service center, they do the same thing but if it's not work, they will change the gimbal.

Motor is overload, change the motor. Error 40021? Is camera Serial number not match. We have to rewrite the serial number to drone.

Same error here. But the gimbal also products a huge sizzling noise and abnormal heat when turned on, like it's trying to do something. I've already removed and cleaned just like your video but not using compressed air. Maybe that's the problem 🤔 I'll try using compressed air

Hot gimbal is overload motor error. you already clean it and it not work so you can change your gimbal

Try to disassemble to gamble and clean the motor. Maybe it have some dust inside the gimbal.
