Guys this is legit. I’ve had golfers elbow for 7 months! I’m talkin EVERY day constant tightness in my forearm, constantly rehabbing it, literally all day every day rubbing and massaging the inner part of my elbow because of constant tightness. Finger tingling and cold feeling in my hand. Literally all my fingers started acting up. I was concerned I had nerve damage and was done lifting. I couldn’t do pull-ups for 6 months without constant tightness in my tricep which caused elbow pain. I have done this exercise at the end of every work out. 2-3 sets of 30 second holds. No joke my pain is cured. No tingling. No tightness. I can do heavy pull ups again. This dude literally saved me. Much love man.

Peter Taylor honestly I felt relief immediately but I’d say consistently doing it every workout had me at 99% in about 3-4 weeks. But you have to do it exactly as he says. Keeping the shoulder back. I do 3 sets of 30 seconds on each arm. And occasionally will do a set or two of 45 seconds.
@MrWhite000015 жыл бұрын
Jordan good to hear man. Just stick to it and don’t rush back into workouts that caused the pain. I would also recommend getting wrist wraps while you are recovering. Initially, it was just my left elbow, but during the break, I started feeling pain in my right elbow too. Hey guys, just wanting to let you know that i've tried this today. Been dealing with SO much pain in my right elbow since start august, it came after i sparkled for two days, and i was in good form, my forarms very muscular - but i ended up with tennis AND golfers elbow. Been to x-ray, CT-scan and no one knows how it can be fixed apparently. So, i'm here. trying myself. I've rested my arm for the last 4 months, a little over 120 days, and my arm is kinda stiff still and i still can't stretch it fully without discomfort. Just to give you the details around my journey so far. I'm gonna keep updating on this comment with honest and truthful progress of how it goes. I also want to say , that i'm doing 2 other exercises, 1: grapping a dumbbell 12-14kg and walking 50 steps x 3, 2: laying my forarm with the palm of your hand facing down on a bench, with a 3-4kg dumbbell, hanging my wrist out the edge, and moving my wrist upward x 3 - Then i do it the other way, turning my forarm around on the other side, with the palm facing you, hanging my wrist out the edge, and moving my wrist upward x 3 And we will se where it takes me. not doing any other exercises untill my arm pass these tests for a bit, and if it slowly stops hurting, and i can lift more, i will. and maybe i'll go back to a "normal" workout in a few weeks, cus i'm SO god damn afraid that it becomes worse again, so i'm taking it slow. but i'll update as i go along. Good luck to everyone, i wish you all getting over this injury. Peace

I’m usually a bit skeptical of comments that are like “Wow this cured me instantly!” BUT, I did this for 3-4 sets of 45s every other day for one whole week, and at the end of the week, I did tricep extensions without pain for the first time in about 2 years. Thank you so much for the information you put out on this channel Jeff, it really does make a big difference to many people.

Been struggling with elbows forever, it's been holding me back in the vast majority of exercises. (although my muscles do get tired, it's usually my elbow that makes the pain unbearable at some point) I'll be trying this in between sets, and hope that it lets me get over this frustrating plateau. @@Israelpwn I have or (maybe had?) elbow pain as well, but I tried a different way to overcome the pain and it worked for me. All I did was a tricep exercise where one do vertical dumbell curls from behind the skull/ neck , I kept doing it until I fell a sensation that my elbow joint will crack/ pop and kept doing it for few seconds until the crack sound happened, and voila! It gave me a great relief on my elbow joint pain!

Adding my comments to the mix. Months ago experienced shoulder pain and after doing face pulls religiously, gone in a few weeks and now shoulders feel great. Stiff back a month ago, did Jeff’s 2 back stretches and 2 other exercises and gone in a day or 2, now do them religiously. Then elbow pain flared back up from prior years. Before took 6 months of rest to rid myself. 2 days of his elbow stretch, gone. It’s as if I took a magic pill, for each of these. I’m 63, Jeff is a miracle worker that will keep me lifting into my 80s.

Thanks Jeff from a guy in his 50's who started with weights 2 months back. I had a pinch in the outside of an elbow and did the usual rest and ice routine for 2 days. Didn't feel any improvement till I stumbled across your video. I did it twice with the beginner grip and a few reps in a 3 day period. It's really great and my elbow doesn't feel any pain nor ache and I'm planning to resume training tomorrow. Many thanks again!

@cameron.on.canvas5 жыл бұрын
@@betelgeusex3865 Hey man, so I'm not the original poster but I had this same issue and simply corrected my elbow position on squats and saw immediate recovery. Maybe you have the same issue? When squatting make sure that your elbows aren't drifting forward - keep them tucked back. If they pull forward the bar will rest on your upper palm or fingers and that will pull on your olnar nerves that cross through your elbow. These can be pulled out of place and is/was the pain I was having. Hope this helps you or someone. Peace to you.
