How To Fix Facebook Music Story Not Showing

Facebook allows you to add music to your story, but we've got lots of complaints that the music option is not showing or working properly. In this video, I walk you through the steps you can take to fix Facebook's music option for stories. Keep in mind, only certain music is available in certain countries due to copyright laws. However, if music is not showing at all, these steps will get it working again. You can always upload your own custom background music to a story as well, you don't have to use the songs that are built-in to the app. This works on both iPhone and Android.

I tried this fix you suggested above. I offloaded and reloaded my app. However I work on an Ipadpro. And it’s still not allowing to post music to stories? Can you suggest a fix for ipadpro? The latest version. And do you think this is why it’s not working? thanks

I’m having an issue pinning music to my profile after pinning a song that was removed (days later) due to legalities (that I was unaware of) ; so now when I try to add a new song all I get is “sorry there was a problem pinning song to your profile” it’s sooo annoying and I can’t find no videos or any info online about this kind of issue in English. I’ve even tried the steps given in the video and the issue still continues… HELP !
