Sorry for the late response but your best bet would probably be to try restarting your fivem and if that doesn't work try restarting your whole pc

i would say that its probably due to to the outdated parts in your system since gta is a very demanding game

Those who are still wondering try this changes out to fix frame drops and texture missing: #DirectX to 10.1 #MSAA to 2X #Diatance Scalling to Max Advanced Graphics: #Extended Distance Scalling to Max Changing Distance Scalling to Max will occupy more Vram to fix it you can turn down Population Density and Population Variety both will have a great impact on lowering the Vram usage also you can change the Vsync to Half doing this will cap your max fps to half of your monitors refresh rate (ex 120Hz monitor you'll get 60Hz) and also if you guys have installed Menyoo turn on invincibility for cars on and turn off auto repair and auto flip. Turning off the auto repair and turning on the invincibility will have the same effect to auto repair but the advantage is you'll not get huge frame drops when you hit a car or crash. Try to keep a healty amount of room for Vram for ex. If you have 4GB Vram try not to go over 3GB usage going over it will result in frame drops. I was facing the texture missing issue after I added modded cars doing this fixed it. Now I get constant 50-60FPS (Vsync = Half) And around 50-120Fps (Vsync = On). On Ultra settings on 1440p RTX3050 4GB 95W GDDR6 i5-12500H 8GBx2 DDR5 4800Mhz
