I have had rib pain and pelvic pain for 18 years (since my son was born). They are both on my left side (as well as nerve pain on the outside of my left thigh) I don't know if my ribs are flared though. Would these help?

It could be good to explore and see if it helps you feel something different! A lot of it is about exploring different movements or ways of doing things and seeing how your body responds!

I have flared ribs on the left side ever since my last pregnancy. On that same left side (according to a dr performed hooking maneuver) I have hyper mobility in those left lower ribs as well. Can fixing this sides flared rib help stabilize these ribs? The movement isn’t painful just uncomfortable and bothersome! Thanks!

What if there is no movement to the band when I breathe in or out?

That tells us you might be breathing somewhere else. Do you notice your upper chest expand or feel tension in your neck. Sometimes it takes practice to coordinate this focus on expanding the low ribcage.
