Thank you for sharing. I have done some simple DIY auto repairs before. I am definitely going to give this a try on my 06 G35. The hardest (easiest) part is the panel removal. A mechanic said that it would cost me $125.

My rubber seal for the window got Sticky and stuck to my window so I rolled all the rubber out now I see the door wires from the out side what should I do

This works for me "temporarily"...about 3-4 weeks...than same problem with the anti-pinch mode initiating...after more investigation...I noticed the rubber on the tweeter frame metal piece was not inserted...and causing friction...I thought I had solved the problem...about 6 weeks later....problem started again...at this point I just give up...it goes up if I press the button continuously...so, that is as good as it get for me...in the mechanics manual. there is a ALIGNMENT bolt...well, there are actually 2 of them....the bolts that take the 12MM socket..they are different color...they look gold on my G35 2007...after loosening the bolt, the threaded metal with a slot at the end if turned clockwise will turn the window OUTWARD... if turned counter-clockwise will turn the window INWARD....but, I tried this also and nothing happens...at this point I give up...good luck to everyone on this....I did replace the motor already with new one...still same problem...It's some kind of alignment problem....because if I look at the top of the window if has rubbing marks from the RUBBER...or maybe the RUBBER weather seal is expanding too much with the heat...long shot...Oh well...I did my best..

I have a problem with my right window. I just changed the switch because it was bad and with the new one plugged in, when I roll up the window all the way up, it rolls half down. Will this solve my problem ?

i saw a video were if that happenes you can hold the reset switch for 20 seconds and it fixes it

I also tried changing the switch....because according to the mechanics manual....the switch MONITORS the functioning of the auto pinch mode.....oh, well...I tried....there is more one thing about some kind of gear alignment on the rails the window rides on...but after seeing some guy on You Tube replace everything to NEW and not have any success...I am probably just wasting my time in doing that....if anyone solves this problem let me know...thanks...
