To get yellow out of the plastic (e.g. SNES and N64 carts) is tricky. You basically have to bleach it. The safest way is by disassembling the cartridge and using a combination of UV light and a low strength Hydrogen Peroxide (12%) bath. The problem is you can't do this for the plastic that has the label as it will destroy it. You could cover the label with something to protect it from the UV light and skip the peroxide bath, but it will probably take about a weeks worth of exposure to remove the yellowing. Rain-X works perfect taking off permanent marker just be careful not to get it on your label cuz it'll take that off to.. thanks for sharing.

Yeah I’m currently looking into it. Meguires Plastx actually takes some of the yellow out but not completely
