Have you ever been called on and after an hour's call? ...on call because of a smoke detector chiping every now and then. I told the resident I would be in and put batteries in the detector in the morning. She became upset. I mean, it was 11 pm at night. That's not an emergency the smoke detector is hard wired in also.
