You are life saver dude.. In my case culprit was HDR setting which was set to adaptive, turning off resolved the green line issue

What happens if you don't have a fire stick? I have a Amazon fire TV 4K, and it's built in. But when I go to the options menu and I go to display an audio, after that there's no display section for me to pick resolution? I guess I have to spend more money on an fire stick 4K device. It's ridiculous that the TV itself doesn't have this option.

If you can’t do the holding down method just go to settings and manually change the hz it worked for me thank you

My problem is when im using my browser on firestick and a certain streaming sight . I tried the lowering to under 60 hz just wondering does this fix work on all apps or just prime video . Plus when using 4k max does this fix affect the prime /netflix res ? My stick works fine otherwise as I see some have issues with the whole screen

Had this issue how to you go setting when screen completely green this is what I did took firestick to another tv it was working fine just like it had with my sky glass before so knew it was issue with tv not stick I had turned fire stick off at plug a few times so then did tv at sockets and it worked just fine so tv needed reboot not stick this was on sky glass
