Excellent video, Guru Mann. Your videos have helped me greatly in acquiring knowledge and results. I have a request for a video: could you make a video on how to keep focused on fitness goals with living with family/parents? Often times, in Indian families, we have to eat whatever is on the table. A lot of times, our parents don't understand why we take supplements or eat certain things and because of that, it can be quite difficult to stick to a strict nutrition and diet schedule. If you could make a video on how to deal with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

1 wired but simple way to increse blood circulation is doing cardio for 15-20 min then doing a hand stand. You just breath enough of oxygen in that 15-20 min of workout all that oxygen pumps to your blood and now if you do hand stand for 30-60 sec all that oxygenated blood gushes to your brain

genetics are also playe important role but our diet is the main reason if we maintain our diet as per sir said and do not overstress in any situation let it be whoever it may be.

Bro if a guy has bad genetics and doesnt take care of nutrition, he loses hair lets assume at 35, if the same guy with bad genetics takes care of nutrition and excersize, he can delay this process that is, he might lose his hair at 45. But can't stop it completely
